全球安规认证***佳合作伙伴，及取得上海化工院和广州威凯UN38.3资质授权与中国质量认证中心
CQC授权实验室，是深圳市十大生产性服务业公共平台中唯一的锂电池检测机构。同时与华南理工大
学成立材料技术联合实验室作为产学研示范基地，为促进产业、高校与科研机构的技术交流提供交流
和孵化的平台。
Shenzhen precise testing technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as PTL), as a benchmark enterprise for one-stop
testing and certification services in the domestic lithium battery industry chain, is committed to providing enterprises with
testing and certification, standards research and formulation, information services and overall laboratory solutions
worldwide. PTL has become the third-party comprehensive testing service platform with the most complete testing
capabilities, the strongest service capabilities, and the widest range of recognition in the domestic lithium battery industry
chain.
Since its establishment, PTL has built and operated a laboratory management system in strict accordance with the
requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. PTL has passed the CNAS and CMA qualification accreditation. It is UL (Demko)’s CBTL and
WTDP certification laboratory. It is also the best partner of TüV Rheinland lithium battery certification. It has obtained UN38.3
qualification authorization from SRICI testing center and CVC. It has been granted by CQC as subcontracted testing
laboratory. It is the only lithium battery testing agency among the top ten public platforms of Shenzhen’s production service
industry. At the same time, it established a material technology joint laboratory with South China University of Technology as
a demonstration base for production, education and research, providing a platform for communication and incubation to
promote technological exchanges between industries, universities and scientific research institutions.
PTL is building a professional team with over 100 members, including 5 doctors, 18 masters and 8 external cooperation
experts. They are specialized in different fields such as new
energy materials, cell and modules, power battery, motor and electronic control and failure analysis, providing services
including battery or material's performance, safety,
reliability and analysis for many world-renowned enterprises. They also participate in drafting and compiling over 30
national standards, local standards and associational
standards.
